During this visit, we'll discuss essential topics like lactation support, diapering, understanding newborn cues, safe bathing practices, establishing routines, and addressing any other needs you and your family may have. This visit can also include practical help with household tasks such as laundry, light cleaning, and caring for your newborn to give you the space to rest and rejuvenate—allowing you to shower and care for yourself as you embrace this sacred time of bonding.
Nutrient-dense postpartum meals are available for an additional cost, designed to nourish your body and support your recovery.
